Schedule
Day 1
5-6pm: Arrival: Meet and greet, surrender of mobile phones and technology (emergency no. provided), settle into rooms, mingle.
6pm: Mingle and teas: a chance to meet and greet the other 4-12 attendees.
7pm: Welcome: a brief welcome talk to introduce ourselves, the house and the activities of the weekend.
7.30pm: Supper: a delicious, nutritiously balanced meal together prepared by our personal, on-site chef.
8.30pm: Yoga Nidra: a relaxing session involving lying on the floor and grounding, whilst deep and calm breathing (nothing woo woo or overly energetic).
9pm: Free time: relaxation, read, chat, play games, have 'me' time or have an early night.
Day 2
7.30am: Juice, teas and coffees: Lemon, honey, ginger & turmeric drink with your choice of tea, coffee or snack.
8am: Calisthenics / HIIT: Our personal trainer will show us how we can train anywhere, any time for a healthier, fitter body using our own body weight.
9am: Breakfast and showers
10.30am: Discussion: a synopsis of the causes of poor mental health and an introduction to what we can do about it.
11.30am: Tea, coffee, snacks
12pm: Discussion: Building Block 1 for mental wellness - basic nutrition & bodily ingestion
1pm: Lunch: a delicious, nutritiously balanced meal together prepared by our personal, on-site chef.
2pm: Discussion: Building Block 2 for mental wellness - environment (physical, psychological/social/relational, toxicological)
3pm: Tea, coffee, snacks
3.30pm: Discussion: Building Block 3: we share with you practical and psychological skills and tools to support you including our 12-step approach.
5pm: Free time: relaxation, read, games, walk, massage (subject to availability, pre-booking and an additional fee applies for massages)
6.30pm: Supper: a delicious, nutritiously balanced meal together prepared by our personal, on-site chef.
7.30pm: Free time: relaxation, read, chat, play games, have 'me' time or have an early night.
Day 3
7.30am: Juice, teas and coffees: Lemon, honey, ginger & turmeric drink with your choice of tea, coffee or snack.
8am: Stretching / yoga: to stretch out our muscles from yesterday's physical activity.
8.45am: Breakfast and showers
10.15am: Discussion: review yesterday's Building Blocks, then we'll discuss Block 4, in which we tap into your belief system (it does not need to be religious)
11.15am: Tea, coffee, snacks
11.45am: Discussion: we introduce a highly effective tool to help you obtain perspective on your life, by looking at what is working for you and what is not.
12.45pm: Lunch: a delicious, nutritiously balanced meal together prepared by our personal, on-site chef.
1.45pm: Discussion: goals. Using the outcomes from the previous session, we will create an action plan to improve our lives and make our dreams a reality.
2.45pm: Tea, coffee, snacks
3.15pm: Speaker: a Transformational Mindset Coach will challenge your limiting beliefs and thought patterns to rewire your brain into a more positive outlook.
4.15pm: Free time: further brain storming, relaxation, read, games, walk, massage (subject to availability, pre-booking and additional fee)
5.30pm: Review of the weekend, information re next getaways, feedback survey.
6.30pm: Supper: a delicious, nutritiously balanced meal together prepared by our personal, on-site chef.
7.30pm: Free time: relaxation, read, chat, play games, have 'me' time or have an early night.
Day 4
7am: Juice, teas and coffees: Lemon, honey, ginger & turmeric drink with your choice of tea, coffee or snack.
