We invite you…

Come to stay, in an exclusive group. Just you and your male or female friends, or come and meet like-minded people and make new connections. You’re in for a fun, informal and relaxing long weekend (or week) where you leave your mobile phone at the door*!

We stay in a secluded, spacious house in the countryside with a private chef, personal fitness coach, Transformational Life Coach, Health Wellness and Lifestyle Consultant and delicious, nutritious, organic food.

We currently run in the West Country and the weekends are from Thursday evening to Sunday lunch time. Doesn’t fit your lifestyle? No worries, book one of our new mid-week getaways!

We have group discussions with cups of tea sat by the fire* in a caring, safe, non-judgemental environment. No prior knowledge is required.

Our offering…

Transformational Life Coaching sessions – applicable to your career, personal relationships, finances, health (both mental and physical) and happiness;

• we discuss the basis for poor mental health and how to improve it with practical, actionable steps. This is not just about trying to change the way you think about something.

• understand the building blocks for optimal mental health.

guided action planning to gain insight into what is working in your life and what you want to change, and how to change it;

• learn practical risk management tips to enable yourself to facilitate change in your life

• learn about nutrition and toxicity – we address the importance of food and our environment as a driver of all physical and mental wellness, and illness, debunk food myths, discuss the gut-brain axis, immunity, eating and sleep and show how you can hack your body and mind for peak performance.

• we cook together in an enjoyable, interactive way to understand how to create delicious, easy and nutritious meals to support body and mind;

• engaging and fun group fitness (calisthenics or HIIT) sessions with a dedicated personal fitness coach. Learn how to use your own body weight to work out anywhere, with no equipment, to strengthen and define your physique and get the body you desire;

rest and relaxation – remind yourself why, and how to have downtime;

time away from media, mobile phones, incessant notifications, partners, children, family and work to gain space;

fun games like pool;

relaxing massage (pre-booking required, additional fee £60 for 1 hour).

nutrition and toxicity – we address the importance of food and our environment as a driver of all physical and mental wellness, and illness, debunk food myths, discuss the gut-brain axis, immunity, eating and sleep and show how you can hack your body and mind for peak performance;

functional medicine – we introduce the future of medicine, a more effective and lasting approach to health and wellness using cutting edge science to help your body function every day. (This is a group chat in which you’re welcome to just listen, not a 1-2-1 consultation. You can make separate appointments if desired.)
